Your desk-day plan

A plan around your working week.

Tell Prep you spend long days at a desk, which areas feel stiff and how much time you have. It builds a two to eight week block of short sessions to match.

  1. Made for desk days

Pick Undo desk posture as your goal and Prep builds chair-friendly sessions you can do at work.

  2. Watch your body light up

See which areas your sessions reach, from the neck and upper back to the hips and lower back.

  3. Check in, then keep going

Rate how your body feels at the end of each block, then start fresh with a plan based on where you are now.

Desk questions

Good to know.

Can I do these stretches at my desk?

Yes. The desk sessions are built for a chair or the space beside your desk, with no mat and no equipment, so you can do them between meetings.

How long is a desk break?

Most take around three minutes. You can make any session longer or shorter before you start.

Will it help with back pain from sitting?

Prep offers gentle movement for stiff backs, necks and hips, but it does not diagnose or treat pain. If something hurts, a qualified clinician is the right person to see.

How often should I take a movement break?

Many people find a short break every hour or two easy to keep. Prep can remind you, and your plan sets a few longer sessions a week.
