A plan that keeps you practising.
Choose the areas you want to open up and how much time you have. Prep builds a two to eight week block so the practice adds up.
Built around your goal
Pick hips, hamstrings or the whole body, and follow a series such as Touch Your Toes or Happier Hips one session at a time.
Watch your body light up
See which areas your sessions reach, from hamstrings and hips to the upper back and shoulders.
Check in, then keep going
Rate how your body feels at the end of each block, then start fresh with a plan based on where you are now.

Good to know.
Is Prep a good app for working towards the splits?
Prep has guided progressions for the front and side splits, plus sessions for the hamstrings, hip flexors and inner thighs that the splits rely on. You can follow them on their own or as part of a plan.
How long does it take to get the splits?
It varies a lot from person to person, so Prep does not promise a timeline. The progressions are designed to be practised regularly, a few minutes at a time, without forcing the stretch.
Do I need to be flexible to start?
No. Each move has easier and harder ways to do it, and you can make any session shorter or longer before you start.
What if a stretch hurts?
Ease off. A stretch should feel strong but never sharp. Prep does not diagnose or treat anything, and if pain continues, a qualified clinician is the right person to see.
