A plan around your running week.
Tell Prep you run, which areas feel tight and how much time you have. It builds a two to eight week block of warm-ups, recovery and mobility to match.
Shaped by how you run
Pick running, add the gym or a sport if you do both, and choose the areas that need the most attention.
Watch your body light up
See which areas your sessions reach, from calves and hamstrings to hips and lower back.
Check in, then keep going
Rate how your body feels at the end of each block, then start fresh with a plan based on where you are now.

Good to know.
Is Prep a good mobility app for runners?
Prep is built around the running week: dynamic warm-ups before a run, cool-downs after, and short sessions for the calves, hips and hamstrings in between. Your plan is shaped by the activities and areas you choose.
Should I stretch before or after a run?
Before a run, Prep uses moving warm-ups such as leg swings and lunges rather than long holds. Slower stretches come after, in the cool-down, when your muscles are warm.
How long does a pre-run warm-up take?
Around four minutes. You can make any session longer or shorter before you start, and Prep adjusts the moves to fit.
Can Prep help if something hurts when I run?
Prep has gentle routines for common tight spots, but it does not diagnose or treat anything. If something hurts, a qualified clinician is the right person to see.
